Please ensure that all bottles remain in their original, unopened cellophane packaging to maintain hygiene standards and eligibility for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Securely
Place the unopened fragrance in its original designer box and use the protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
